• healthy eating habits are very important to prevent deadly diseases like heart disease or other chronic illnesses such as asthma or diabetes. It is important to have a healthy, strong body and immume system.
• teenagers should have a varied diet the best way you can maintain a healthy weight is to eat a diet rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, no-fat or low-fat milk products, beans, eggs, fish, nuts and some lean meats. You should eat many fresh veggies and fruits about 2 cups of fruit and vegetables everyday and drink 6-8 cups of water a day.
• teenagers shouldn't have too much fatty, and sugary foods, low-fibre foods, and drinks with caffeine or a lot of sugar. Never eat too much fast-food!
