I was walking back from work at 8pm and a woman was walking in front of me. For a few minutes nothing really happened, we were both walking in the same directions. But when i looked at my phone for that one second, a man appeared out of nowhere and grabed that womans bag! I was clueless and didin't know what to do. After a few seconds i ran to the crying woman and asked her what happened. She told me that a man stole her bag. I asked her if there were any other people but me and she said that there was a man in front of her, but as soon as that other man stole her bag, he runned away. I was really confused and decided to call the police, we toled him about the situation and talked for a bit. Later on the police called back and said that there were a lot of this kind of crimes in this town and that they are looking for the person that is doing this all.
