To be honest few years ago I also went to a swimming contest but sadly I wasn't the best at it so I decided to quit. But don't worry I'm already over it :).
If you'll be swimming on your back u should probably hold your head high enough so the water won't get in your eyes, also remember to wear your goggles properly, its really important.
By the way where is the place your having a swimming tournament located? I'd like to see you swim!!!I'm sure you'll amazing and win. Wish you luck!
