2. Eggs, flour and milk are mixed in a bowl.
3. This mixture is called batter.
4. The fish is put into the batter.
5. Oil is heated in a deep pan.
6. The fish is taken out of the batter.
7. The fish is fried in the hot oil.
8. The potatoes are washed.
9. The potatoes are cut up.
10. More oil is heated in another pan.
11. The chips are coocked in the oil.
12. The fish and chips are served with peas and bread and butter.
