Hi Sylvia,
I hope you are feeling better today. I’ve asked my grandma how to treat a cold and here’s her advice.
If you have a headache and a runny nose, take some aspirin and a lot of vitamin C. You could also rub some herbal ointment on your chest and wear socks in bed. My grandma suggests drinking lots of water with lemon and honey, and sleeping a lot, too.
But if you are still sick in two days, you’d better see a doctor.
And one more thing, you shouldn’t come to school because more people will catch a cold if you cough or sneeze there.
