I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the English language course provided by your school. Most of the points from your program are not realized.
First, the classes were to be conducted 6 hours a day. However, classes only last 3 hours. This is a very big difference. In addition, the teacher who conducts classes is late and is not organized and prepared to conduct classes. It turned out that in order to have access to the books, we had to pay, and the course program said that they would be for free. I demand a refund for them. Another problem is the number of people in groups. The maximum number was to be 8. However, the groups are connected and there are 25 people in one group. I am disappointed in the way you treat your students.
I believe I deserve an apology and a refund for the language course.
